SSI Schaefer Thailand designed and developed the new storage system for Assist Co. Ltd. when they decided to move their warehouse from its traditional 4-storey building to the new warehouse in Samutsakorn to meet their market demands in the future. SSI Schaefer’s storage design was found to be very suitable for their products configuration. The new concept’s main advantages are optimized storage capacity, improved warehouse operation and improved productivity using the “First In First Out” picking process.
In a space of 750m2, SSI Schaefer installed 2-tiers LS600 shelving System for storage of bulk products and the R3000 shelving system and drawers for small items. The entire warehouse can store over 700 compartments in 275m2 footprint capacities.
